Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get an order confirmation immediately, then a separate email with tracking once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Free standard delivery within the United States, arriving in 7–12 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and carrier delays can extend them, particularly through the holiday period.
Where orders ship from
Coldsnap is fulfilled by an overseas partner warehouse. We'd rather say that up front than surprise you. Parcels may arrive in plain packaging.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. It can take 2–4 days before tracking shows movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days past the delivery estimate, email coldsnaphq@proton.me and we'll replace it or refund you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll resend it once you confirm the correct details. A reshipping fee may apply.
Customs and duties
Orders to US addresses have no additional duties to pay. Any applicable charges on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
